Walk and Talk Consultation
The Walk and Talk consultation is about one hour in length and gives the seller and overview of how to prepare a home for market. Topics include how to de-clutter, assess paint colors and condition, and identify extra furniture and belongings to pre-pack. Additional topics include guidelines to organize storage, identify areas to de-clutter, and basics in neutralizing a space and creating buyer interest. Suggestions for cosmetic improvements are often discussed. Designed to get the process going without overloading the seller. Ideal to combine with half day staging for maximum results.
Walk and Talk plus Half Day Staging Package
Get the most out of your staging dollar with two appointments included in one price. The Walk and Talk is the first appointment. Once these tasks have been completed, the second appointment is when staging may begin by placing furniture, accessories, and artwork. This assistance to the homeowner will remove the "do-it-yourself" stress. Let the staging expert use what the homeowner has to create an inviting space that will photograph better and drive more traffic to the property. This process will clearly define rooms and neutralize without sterilizing the property. The half day will consist of either 4 hours with a stager and help from the homeowner or Realtor OR 2.5 hours with a stager and a stager's assistant.
Detailed Report and Walk Through Consultation
This detailed report is ideal for the "do-it-yourself" homeowner that has an "eye" for design. The report includes pictures of the rooms and specific instructions to de-clutter, move furniture, select accessories, and recommended cosmetic changes for each area of the house from front curb to back fence. Consultations typically last 2 hours and reports range from 10-14 pages in length. Allow up to two business days to finalize report.
Hands On Help/Hourly Staging
Ideal for someone with limited time or expertise to market his or her home to the buying audience. The client can choose to be involved with, or removed from the staging process. De-personalizing, clearly defining the function of a room, rearranging furniture, strategically choosing and placing decorative accessories are a small part of what Spencer Staging and ReDesign offers today’s savvy home seller. Staging time is determined by individual needs and budget available to transform a home to appeal to today’s buyer.
Investor's Consult/ Vacant Listing
Focusing only on the "big picture" including paint color selection, general cosmetic issues, flooring, and lighting. Assistance with vignette accessories may be provided at hourly shopping and staging rates.
Ideal for home builders, re-modelers, and various home service trades. Once a project is complete and ready for the "after pictures", Spencer Staging and ReDesign will properly place accessories to compliment the finished project.
